Duquesne University will send Form 1098-T (tuition payment statement) to all students who were registered for any term during the calendar year. It will be mailed to students at the permanent address we have on on file, by our servicer, TCRS.
You may view this same information online and provide your consent to receive future forms in an electronic format.
TCRS will also provide a summary of all charges and payments made to Duquesne this year. Call 1-877-467-3821 if you have any questions.

1. The transactions dates don’t seem correct.
The transaction dates are related to the term of enrollment and summarized by term.
2. What terms correspond to the dates used?
- Transactions for terms prior to Spring 2007 that occurred during the 2007 calendar year are identified using 01/01/2007.
- Transactions for Spring 2008 term are 12/31/2007
- Transactions for Spring 2007 term are 01/07/2007
- Transactions for Summer 2007 term are 04/28/2007
- Transactions for Fall 2007 term are 08/27/2007
3. How are the transactions grouped?
Transactions for each term are grouped by the corresponding transaction code. For example, if several payments were made during a particular term, you will see them as a total.
4. How can I see the details of my transactions instead of the summarized totals?
Log into QuikPay and select View Accounts. You will notice a drop down box on the right side of the screen that says “Select Action”. Click this and choose “Account Status”. This will provide details of each transaction for the calendar year.
