The Students Accounts office helps students and parents understand their financial responsibilities to Duquesne.

Student billing at Duquesne is an easy and convenient process. It is important to note:

  • Duquesne does not mail paper bills or statements. Learn more about eBills and payment options.
  • Parents do not have automatic access to students' financial accounts.

Students Must Authorize Parents as Payers

College students' financial records are protected by the Federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Acts (FERPA).

In order for parents to access and/or manage their student's financial accounts, the student must first designate parents as authorized payers in the QuikPay system. Here's how to do that.

Important Messages for Fall 2008

  • First Fall eBill available online July 21, 2008
  • First Refunds available September 5, 2008
  • University Offices Closed Friday, August 15, 2008
  • Students can sign up now to receive their refunds by direct deposit. You must enroll by August 27, 2008 to be included. The first refunds will be available September 5, 2008.
